BASIC USES
A unique adhesive that creates an extraordinary bond for various flooring materials and carpet. FLEXTECH is often used as a substitute for polyurethane and epoxy adhesive under demanding job conditions at significantly lower costs

COMPOSITION and MATERIALS
A premium adhesive of an advanced polymer in powder form packaged in dry Portland cement powder that is mixed with water just prior to use. Pot Life: 60 to 90 minutes. Bond set up time 15 to 60 minutes after rolling floor.

Very high resistance to climate or temperature change.
When fully cured, FLEXTECH is not affected by direct sunlight, freeze thaw conditions or significant temperature variations within an enclosed environment.
Water resistant, provides a secure bond over subfloors with a moisture emission of 10lbs/1000 sq. ft / 24 hours.
Easy to mix and apply.
Fast bonding after setting and rolling.
Easy clean up; use clean, water dampened rag. (Do not allow adhesive to dry on the face of material installed.)
