BASIC USES
For installing vinyl sheet flooring, rubber or vinyl tile and may also be used to install vinyl composition tile and vinyl backed carpet on plywood and concrete surfaces.

COMPOSITION and MATERIALS
A medium-bodied latex resin emulsion which develops a bond of exceptionally high strength when used as per instructions.
