COMPOSITION and MATERIALS
38 Fast-Set Floor Tile Adhesive is a specially formulated rubber-asphalt emulsion which sets to a highly tacky film and, because of the rubber content of the cement, produces an extra strong bond between resilient floor coverings and the sub-floor.
